(b) contact num / email address

(d) any special theme

eg: colors to use, do attach me photo if u have)

(e) anything to write on it

(f) do you want the cupcakes to be deliver or not

(g) and please include your name as well

* cancellation or any change MUST be made via sms,

NOT email and at least 2 days before the pick up date

* please mention your name whenever sending sms to me.
